CLASSES AND PRICING

Classes

The course is comprised of 5 classes of 2 ½ hours each run over 5 weeks. This allows the couple time to practice and become acquainted with techniques inbetween the classes. It is suggested that a birth companion accompany mom, especially if it is her first birth, as the birth companion plays an integral supporting role in the HypnoBirthing® techniques.

Pricing

Cost per couple for a group course is R1800 and is held in Sunningdale, Cape Town.
Private classes can be arranged - please contact us for pricing and availability.

The course price includes the official HypnoBirthing® book, Rainbow Relaxation CD and all course materials. Refreshments are supplied.
